Return Policy

1) Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the PRIMOUR website.

 

2) 30 Day Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we strive to describe our products as accurately as possible, sometimes a scent may not match your preferences. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Guarantee.

Simply try your perfume kit, and if you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at primouroutlet@gmail.com with your order number and the kit you selected. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost — no need to return the original item.

 

3) Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original components.
  • For hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., socks), the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened.

 

4) Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at primouroutlet@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • Full name and delivery address

Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including a return slip if applicable.

 Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: PRIMOUR will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
  • All other approved returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

6) Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Depending on product availability, we offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days and you will be notified via email.
  • Shipping Refunds: If the return is due to our error, both the product cost and original shipping fee will be refunded.

 

7) Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may request a return if your order meets the eligibility requirements above.

 

8) Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed socks
  • Opened hygiene-related items
  • Items sent back without prior authorization

 

9) Non-Delivery Claims

If your order does not arrive, please contact us at primouroutlet@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping provider to track your parcel. If the package cannot be located, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

 

10) Return Address

The correct return address will be provided in your return authorization email.

Do not send packages to the sender’s address listed on the parcel, as such returns cannot be processed.
